Price : 20 Euros Purpose : When one looks at these images, one question that comes to mind right away is : how did he do it? Before creating these photos, Jacques HONVAULT worked as an engineer. He has succeeded in drawing on his experience to quench his passion. [...] When Jacques HONVAULT left his employer, his first ambition was to use his photos to demonstrate the playful aspect that is inherent in the sciences. But, as he elaborate his photos, he came to add a social dimension, as with this image : «Looking at this drop of water, we imagine that the table is horizontal, one does not imagine that it is collapsing, and suddenly one has to open one’s mind in order to break a prejudice». Today, these works are travelling between Lisbon, Paris, Venice and tomorrow China... |
